At the start of the season, we invite children, teens, and adults to discover this exciting venue—in front of, on, and behind the stage—and it’s free!
We’ll make music, conduct, improvise, sing, dance, do face painting, and put on plays—all for you and with you. This year, everything revolves around the children’s opera *Pippi Longstocking*. We look forward to experiencing many adventures with you at the Komische Oper Berlin!
For events on the main stage, free numbered tickets are required; these will be available starting September 10, 2026 at 11 a.m. online, at the opera box office on Unter den Linden and through the call center.

The presale starts on September 10, 2026 at 11 a.m. online, at the Callcenter and at Box Office Unter den Linden.
A maximum of 5 tickets can be purchased per person. If tickets are sold out in the online store, remaining tickets may be available at the box office or by calling the ticket hotline. On the day of the theater festival, remaining tickets will be available on-site.
