Symphony concert 7:
Rudolf Buchbinder

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Konzert für Klavier und Orchester Nr. 9
Es-Dur KV 271 Jeunehomme
Konzert für Klavier und Orchester Nr. 27 B-Dur KV 595
Ludwig van Beethoven Konzert für Klavier und Orchester Nr. 4 G-Dur op. 58
A fixed star in the firmament of classical music – for decades now, the Austrian pianist Rudolf Buchbinder has been one of the world’s most successful piano soloists. He has mastered the repertoire of Viennese classical music like virtually no other. In his role as musical director and soloist, and along with Beethoven’s 4th piano concerto, he presents the exceptional Jeunehomme Concerto, which – together with the piano concerto KV 595 in B major – is one of Mozart’s earliest piano concertos. What a virtuoso!
