Farewell and Departure!
On this last evening in our house on Behrenstraße, we want to celebrate together with you: with our audience young and old, and all staff members! For more than 75 years we sang, played, marvelled, clapped, laughed, cried, worked, thought, and created. Now it’s out of the house, and out into the city.
On this special night after the last performance, we will celebrate opera life with you in many rooms, dance on different floors and show you all the nooks and crannies one last time before our beautiful house is renovated. Brave children can participate in night hikes through the opera house, dance in the black light and listen to stories around the campfire. A night in the opera house! And then we look forward to seeing you at the Schillertheater and on one of our stages close by, perhaps in your neighborhood!
